The Safra Campus is relatively flat, easy to walk, and mostly wheelchair accessible, although we recommend that those in wheelchairs be accompanied. Of the six “DON’T MISS” sites mentioned above, five have ready access. For one, The Plant Evolution Garden, access is more complicated. If you have a permit to drive your car onto campus, do so at the main campus entrance. Stay on the main road, hugging to the left all the way around the campus. After passing on your left the 5 story building with three wings of glass and stone (The Benin School of Computer Science and Engineering), you come to a long one story stone building on your left. Just before this building is a wheelchair ramp to the Plant Evolution Garden. If you do not have an entry permit for a car, there is access only to an observation platform above the Plant Evolution Garden. For this, from the main on-campus walking street (Magnes Boulevard) take the ramp just to the left of the new, three-winged Computer Science and Engineering Building. Follow around to the right of the Cleveland Building to arrive at the platform over the Plant Evolution Garden.
